The jury

 

Romano Milani (President)

Professional journalist since 1961, he was Head of Culture and Entertainment Service of the Journalistic Agency Italia; since 2000 he is General Secretary of the National Union of Italian Film Journalists and co-director of Cinemagazine, that he represented and  represents in major international festivals and in numerous juries. This year, for the third time, he chairs the Jury of the Festival Franco, reserved for films of French-speaking countries. He is also actively involved in photography linked to the cinema.

 

 


 

Elettra Ferraù

Born in Rom, journalist, she directed the magazines Tourism & News, Videotel Review, World Magazine. She is co-publisher and general manager of the Yearbook of Italian Cinema and Audiovisual. She cares her site consiglidiviaggio.it. She is supervisor of the Prize Gold Medal A Life for the Cinema, owned by her family.
She is a permanent member of the Jury of the “David di Donatello”.

 

 


 

Kiara Van Ellinkhuizen

She is a Dutch film maker, winner of the ATA Theater Award 1992; Oscar-nominated 2004 with the feature film “Happy hour”; in competition for the prize “graduation from the Prix Henri Langlois” of Vincennes (Paris) 2010.

 

 

 

 

 


 

Donatella Baglivo

 

 

At 18 she signed her first feature film as an editor, and a year later opened CIAK STUDIO becoming the youngest entrepreneur in the Italian film industry. Director, producer, expert on film editing, she started an intense activity for RAI and for private entrepreneurs, mounting documentaries, surveys, advertising and dramas. Even as a writer and director, her work continued uninterrupted since then, leading her often abroad, both for work and to pick up many awards and accolades that the world of international cinema continues to pay her.


 

Tommaso Liguori

 

 

Television journalist since 1991, he worked at Tele + and Stream. Since 2003 he is managing editor at Sky Sports in the drafting events. Since 2009 he is also responsible for drawing up the court. He coordinated the football World Cup in Germany, the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Sochi and the summer in London. Among his works include documentaries: "The Pope blessed and sporty"
dedicated to John Paul II on the occasion of his beatification in 2011 and "ex-Pontif" made in 2013 after the resignation of Benedict XVI in which they celebrated the main meetings of Pope Ratzinger with the world of sport. 

 

 


 

Luc Toutounghi

 

 

A graduate of Vancouver College in 1980, Luc is the CEO of Se-ma-for Produkcja Filmowa in Lodz, Poland; is a member of the GSFA (Groupement Suisse du Film d'Animation) SFP (Swiss Producer Association) and the Polish Filmmakers assosiation. From 1984 to 1998, he gained experience in the financial industry working for various companies of Film Finance and in 2009 joined the Se-ma-for Studios,  first as a business developer, then COO and finally CEO. Luc is also Director of the 'International Animation Festival SMF, specializing in the art of Stop Motion.

 

 


 

Gianluca Dentici

 

 

Visual effects supervisor, digital environment artist and stereographer , is part of the Academy of Italian Cinema, and was nominated twice at the David di Donatello award.He is currently supervisor of  RESET  VFX and THE ARTIFICIUM, film visual effects company and he worked out to more than 50 productions, including film and television.He trained technically and artistically at the European Academy of Special Effects of Terni directed by Oscar winner Carlo Rambaldi. In Los Angeles he also deepened technical knowledge of special recovery systems; has also certified the use of the Milo Motion control at the Mark Roberts Motion Control in London.In addition to working as a supervisor for several film productions, he devoted himself to teaching lessons, master classes and lectures at various institutions such as the La Scala Theatre Academy, IED, Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan, University Ca 'Foscari of Venice, Institute Cine-TV Rossellini, etc..


 

 

The jury of the tourism section

 

FRANCO FENILI (President)

is the founder of 4Winds, major tour operators Roman boasting a wide variety of programming destinations from
Europe to South America, from Asia to the Mediterranean, with some niche destinations such as Iceland. Always
attentive to the issues of tourism, participates in the most important international exhibitions and is a supporter of
the growth of the tourism sector in three hundred and sixty degrees. 4Winds also took part in some editions of the International Tourist Film Festival in Lecce, where he organized workshops and events. Franco Fenili is particularly pleased to be appointed as President of the Jury of Tourism Tolfa International Short Film Festival, which introduced for the first time this section by emphasizing the strong link that exists between the medium of film and the diverse field of tourism promotion.

 

 

 


 

 

ESTER PAPAROZZI IPPOLITO

Freelance journalist, currently editor of the trade magazine more than thirty years in the tourism sector "Turismo & Attualità" from January 2010 www.ballareviaggiando.it web in which he combined passion of dance to that for travel. She has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Rome, has worked over the years with the drafting of Strength 7, Boating magazine for the consumer, in the preparation of Avinews, other trade tested, and tested at the TTG Italy. In his resume, collaborations with magazines to cut tourism (ENIT Italian Magazine, and others), with the publisher Curcio and teaching experiences of tourist communication at the UET Rome.



 

ANNAROSA TOSO

From May 1967 to December 1995 he worked c/o Press Alitalia. In the years 1996/1998 has worked as press offices including airline Air Azur. In the summer of 1996, he collaborated with the special attractions of the newspaper Il Tempo. From March 2002 to March 2004 he was a member of the Governing Council Gist, Italian Tourist Press Group since June 2002, Rome correspondent and regular contributor to Travel Guide. Currently, he collaborates occasionally with the tourism pages of Il Giornale, Sinequanon, Emotions Magazine, Magazine House, Gist News.

 


 

PAMELA MARCHETTI

President of "Hic", a cultural association to promote tourism in the area, he worked for sixteen years in the field of incoming tourism. The work of a tour leader has joined the collaboration to a municipal project to promote the city of Civitavecchia, designing and conducting guided tours of the city cater to tourists. It has been, also, as a volunteer, head of the "tourism promotion" at the Pro Loco of Civitavecchia.

 

 


 

ANTONIO CASTELLO

Journalist and writer is fond of history and popular traditions. Among his publications are: "Tastes and Pleasures of Italy" ( Publishing Sallustiana -1996 ), " Folk Festivals in Italy" ( Publishing Sallustiana - 1998), " Poland " ( Publishing Sallustiana -2000 ), " Guide to Traditional celebrations of Lazio " ( Arsial - Lazio Region - 2003) , " The Great Almanac Day of Days " ( Avallardi Publisher Milan - 2008) and" the Italian Fiavet and Tourism " (published by Ceccarelli - 2012). In 2004 he was named " Press Officer of the Year " by the Italian Group Press Office for the Environment Section . Already Press Officer Fiavet , is currently Head of Press Office of Tourism Exchange Association and Associate ( BTSA ) and other tourist events on a regional and national level. For a long time engaged in the tourism industry , working with special services , correspondence and travel articles of a political- economic analysis with various newspapers and magazines. And ' the winner of numerous journalism awards .
