 Antonio Conte (Honorary President) 

Journalist. Founder of the ITCO – INTERNATIONAL TOURFILM FESTIVALS COMMITTEE and then for foreign festival including Croatia, Poland, Serbia, Bosnia Erzegovina which is Honorary Chairman, as well as religious films themed festival, seaside festival and Wine Film Festival. Since 1962 has seen 50.000 and more tourism movies during his long activity in film industry. Director of journal and reporter at various national newspaper such Associated Press, il Tempo, il Messaggero, la Gazzetta di Ferrara,etc. He served as Jury Member for almost 22 years of International Film Festival on Tourism Films Karlovy Vary. Founder of Italy Image , cultural meeting and wine-tourism events in Eastern Europe since 1980. Between '60s and 1974 promoted "Il Trullo D'Oro", International Award for Cinema, Art and Culture. Founder in Italy and foreign countries of International Festival of Religious Films, "Sapori d'Europa" with Wine Film Festival and Awards "Un vino per l'Europa" e "Un piatto per l'Europa". Founder and currently President of European Award for the Tourism, "A life for the Tourism" and Career Award for Tourism.

TolfaShortFilm Festival (since 2012); Vice Chairman and organizer of the event Roberto Rossellini (2013); member of the juri at 4° International Festival Se.Ma.For. in Lodz (Poland - 2013). Luc Toutounghi (Artistic Director)
A graduate of Vancouver College in 1980, Luc is the CEO of Se-ma-for Produkcja Filmowa in Lodz, Poland; is a member of the GSFA (Groupement Suisse du Film d'Animation) SFP (Swiss Producer Association) and the Polish Filmmakers assosiation. From 1984 to 1998, he gained experience in the financial industry working for various companies of Film Finance and in 2009 joined the Se-ma-for Studios,  first as a business developer, then COO and finally CEO. Luc is also Director of the 'International Animation Festival SMF, specializing in the art of Stop Motion.

Sonia Signoracci (Festival Director)

Secretary at National Sports Federation CONI, Sonia Signoracci is involved in national and international events organization.In 2013 she begins an intense voluntary activity as President of the Santa Marinella Viva Onlus  Cultural Association, promoting the cinematographic heritage of Santa Marinella. Her cultural activity starts from Rossellini and De Curtis families until  to bring to light the great cultural heritage of her city. In 2014 she found Santa Marinella Short Film Festival, which this year is linked to ITFF in order to strengthen together the north territory of Rome. She also curates exhibitions successfully like the photographic exhibition "Ingrid Bergman a S.Marinella" premiered in 2013 in Santa Marinella with the presence of Renzo and Robertino Rossellini. Later the exhibition was held at La Casa del Cinema in Rome and at the Institute of Italian Culture in Stockholm. Another exhibition curated by Sonia is "Totò Genio", dedicated to acclaimed actor Prince Antonio De Curtis, best known as Totò. The exhibition was introduced to visitors with the presence of the great actor's granddaughter and also with a commemorative plaque placed in the residence where Totò spent his lifetime in Santa Marinella. In January 2017, was born the first cinema factory for the students in the city,  inside the scientific and linguistic high school  with the support of professional  members from the sector, which will continue to  developing in the years to come.


Operative Direction  

Andrea Donato (Thecnical Director)
Director and scriptwriter, he is the president of the Association of Audiovisual production Alidant Group. He has held the position of TV director in various private Italian broadcasters and for some major events. He is co-partner of CivitaFilmCommission. Since 2011 he also holds the position of operative director for the TolfaShortFilmFest.

   Francesco Capuano                                                                                           Degree in Cultural Heritage Administration at University of Naples Federico II with a dissertation on film history, joins a workshoop about film editing under guidance of Marco Spoletini. After volunteering as archivist at Santa Sofia Medial Library, collaborated with Procida Film Festival and Terra di Tutti Film Fesival as filmaker and traslator.

Luigi Florio (Program coordinator responsible)

Graduated, he began his career in the eighties as a cabaretist in several famous localities in Rome. Since 2007 he is actor and director of the "Ridichetiridi" Theatre Company in Civitavecchia. Eclectic artist, he likes confronting in different genres that lead him to merge a theatrical work producing a short film where the reality of the stage is merged with the indirect cinematic experience. In 2013 he wins as Castel San Pietro Terme's "Family Film Festival" with short film "Smoke or Life", which also served as director.In 2014 he wins the "Promopercivitavecchia" competition with a tourist film, still used for the tourist promotion of Civitavecchia in the world through dedicated networks and cruise ships. In 2015 he receives a "special mention" at the Escamotage Film Festival of Anguillara Sabazia with short film "Poker di coppia". In 2016 he won the "Special Prize" at the Festival of Civitavecchia and shot the "pro-life" themed short film entitled "The Flower of Life" for the Movimento Nazionale per la Vita earning a nomination at"David di Donatello" in 2017. In the same year he directed the "anti bullying" themed short film for the Montalto di Castro State School.

Licia Gargiulo

Journalist since 2007, she collaborates with several national publications and also serves the role as Press Office. In 2007 she won the Youth Oscar for Journalism during the European Personality Award held in Rome. Since 2012 she serves as Press Office of Tiziana Rocca Production, following the most important events in Rome and more. In 2014, she served as press office of acclaimed film director Maestro Franco Zeffirelli to whom she organized  conference for the book launch "San Francesco" based on his film "Brother Sun, sister Moon"; she also curated press conference for the exhibition held in Villa D'Este, the press conference for the opening of Foundation in Florence and the meeting for the award ceremony of honorary citizenship received from the city of Gubbio. In  2017 she is press office of Placido Domingo Jr., son of the famous tenor and actors/actresses: Michelle Carpente, Luca Avallone, Francesca De Martini, Emanuela Mascherini, Chiara Leonetti and Maurizio Matteo Merli




Flavia Bazzano

Freelance journalist who works on the territory of Civitavecchia. With a degree in modern literature, she has partnered with Idea Radio, Mecenate Tv,, and the newspaper La Provincia. She also edited the literary column of the electronic newspaper Velletri Life for in 2013 and 2014. Media responsible of the cultural twinning festival Kultural Fest (2014 Tolfa). Since March 2016 she collaborates whit the online newspaper Geek Area. Currently editorial assistant for the program "Talck in the city"  (Mecenate Tv). Recently attended the master's degree in linguistics at the University of Rome "La Sapienza".

Poliedric international artist. Painter and writer. In her career she received numerous awards collaborating during management of national and international events such:

- Awarding Artist 2013 at Sorrento Peninsula Award, together with Lina Sastri, Ugo Pagliai, Regian Schrecker, Alexia, Christian De Sica. Under high patronage of Senate of Republic, Tourism Department of Campania Region. (2013).

- Organizer and promoter with Vernissage in Mantua of the first sacred themed art traveling exhibition "ARS ET HUMANITAS" at the Diocesan Museum "Francesco Gonzaga". Under institutional patronage of: Municipality of Mantua, Embassy of Costa Rica at the Holy See, Embassy of Argentina in Italy, Consulate On Costa Rica Venice, International Diplomatic Institute, Honorary Embassy of Santo Domingo for Relations with Countries and Organizations National and International Organizations of the European Union and Latin America (2014)

Simona Tartaglia
She began her career in 1986 as assistant director, especially alongside Giorgio Capitani, then to choose the profession of casting director, alongside directors such as Fabrizio Costa, Lodovico Gasperini, Stefano Reali, Paul Poeti, Vittorio Sindoni, Giorgio Capitani. She is very active as a coach, working with several acting schools, conducting classes and workshops. For the International Tour
Film Festival she is the project manager Shootin' Tour.



Willy Vecchiattini
Born in 1972, he began to organize events already when he was 16 years old. From disco events to business tours in the sector of fashion and luxury, until you get to manage events in Porto Cervo, St. Tropez, London, Paris, Ibiza, Mykonos, Barcelona, Formentera and so on. He managed the tours with Ferrari, Maserati, BMW, Audi, Armani, D&G, the French group LVMH, Costume National, Balenciaga, Etro. Fashion commentator for Rai and Mediaset, he has offices in Milan and Paris where he works as a PR, media relations, director of product placement and celebrity endorsement. In 2014 he was awarded with the prestigious The Look Of, The Year Fashion Award worldwide.
